Information We Obtain from Third Parties. In order to ensure data accuracy and to offer you a better experience, we link or combine the Information that we collect from the different sources and channels outlined above (e. g. to provide targeted communications and advertising and for the other purposes outlined below). To make one thing very clear: You do not have to provide Personal Information to access the Platforms. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Our business at Blue Yonder is that of a business to business ("B2B") service provider and software company. We do not intentionally interact with or collect Personal Information about individual consumers outside that context, both through our Platforms and offline interactions. Only individuals acting in such a B2B capacity are permitted to use our websites or provide information to us.
