The 2026.1 release introduces the Transportation Admin UX—an enhanced, portal-based administration experience for the Blue Yonder Transportation Management Solution (TMS). Key enhancements include:

  • Centralized configuration and governance: Single, centralized interface for admins and super users to configure and govern TMS behavior.

  • One-stop access to global settings: Faster setup and troubleshooting through centralized access to key settings including ACS, Global Defaults, Audit data configurations, Auto-tendering, External mappings, Transaction Management, and Domain Controls.

  • Advanced global semantic search: Interprets query context for more accurate, relevant results than traditional keyword search.

Order Management

Blue Yonder 2026.1 embeds performance intelligence, predictive simulation, and unified service capabilities into Order Management for a more connected execution platform that improves sourcing, service, and fulfillment decisions across every channel. Key enhancements include:

  • Warehouse Returns – Unit Level Detail Capture: Expand into regulated verticals like consumer electronics, grocery, and medicine by capturing granular return attributes at intake — including Country of Origin, Serial Number, Lot Number, and Expiration Date — for full traceability across every return.

  • Online Returns: Rule-based personalized return journeys by customer cohort. Introduces store credit return methods. Deeper Blue Yonder Platform integration with RBAC enhancements. 

  • Drop-Off Kiosks: Reduce maintenance burden and improve operational transparency with simplified self-service return workflows—offering availability metrics with full reason breakdowns and configurable surveys for staff.
