Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and the Treasury (Departments) issued final Transparency in Coverage (TiC) rules
under the ACA. The rule requires that our TPA, UnitedHealthcare, provide Machine Readable Files (MRF) under the Transparency Coverage Rules. The rule also requires that the link to the file is posted on a location that is publicly available and accessible to all.
Beginning July 1, 2022, and monthly thereafter, the MRFs will be accessible via UnitedHealthcare’s transparency in coverage page.
