Given its hydration category success in 2020, Stanley 1913 knew that it could build stronger sales, profit margins and strong shopper relationships by creating an improved direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channel on its website. Keeping with Stanley 1913’s incredibly successful product launches, Blue Yonder commerce solutions were up and running in just three months. Blue Yonder’s cloud-native, composable microservices were easily added to Stanley 1913’s tech stack — integrating with existing systems. 

Initially told by other consultants that such an implementation would take a year or more, Stanley 1913 found Blue Yonder Professional Services’ knowledge, agile methodology and close collaboration with Shopify and internal teams to be key factors that enabled a fast nationwide launch. Daily check ins, frequent architecture reviews and a carefully prioritized feature roadmap made the rapid deployment possible.
