  • The Fulfillment Agent explains order sourcing decisions, monitors on-time delivery goals, and enables rapid configuration updates through guided conversations and actionable alerts, helping teams optimize fulfillment costs, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.  
  • The Customer Service Agent acts as an intelligent ally for frontline teams, helping to capture and modify orders, respond quickly with AI-generated insights, and proactively surface risks such as delays or payment issues—dramatically reducing time to resolution.

Order-driven demand planning powered by unified inventory

As omnichannel fulfillment grows more complex, retailers need a single, accurate view of inventory across all nodes. Enhancements to our OMS now strengthen order-driven demand planning by directly connecting real-time orders with planning and fulfillment decisions. Enhancements to the Fulfillment Sourcing Simulator and Intelligent Rebalancer now allow teams to simulate sourcing strategies across nodes and make better planning decisions —optimizing cost, proximity, and service levels to improve ideal order placement and fill rates.
