Executive Vice President - Market Development
As Executive Vice President of Market Development, Wayne Usie leads the go-to-market strategy for the company across Retail, Manufacturing and 3PL/Distribution. Wayne is responsible for driving Blue Yonder’s growth objectives by leading the global functions across Industry Strategy, Business Development, Solution Strategy & Presales, Customer Value Delivery, Global Alliances & Channels, and Sales & Partner Enablement. Wayne is also responsible for the Revenue Management, Government, Aerospace & Defense, and Retail ERP solutions.
Prior to this role, Wayne served as senior vice president, Global Industries & Value Delivery, responsible for the industry strategy across manufacturing, distribution, and retail, and driving Blue Yonder’s industry strategies along with building the value selling capabilities within the company. In his 18 years at Blue Yonder, Wayne has held several leadership positions including senior vice president of Americas Sales and senior vice president of Product Development. Wayne has become a trusted advisor to customers worldwide. Wayne holds a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA.
In his spare time, Wayne enjoys the Arizona outdoors by golfing and fishing in the Grand Canyon state.
