Collaborative, Respectful, Definitive. These words describe Wayne Usie, Executive Vice President of Market Development, whose personal mantra is ‘say less, do more’ – where results trump words, showcasing customer value at every step in the journey.

Wayne leads Blue Yonder’s go-to-market strategy, driving growth objectives focused on industry and solution strategy, business development, global alliances and channels, value delivery and the technology platform ecosystem. Wayne is also responsible for a cohesive set of business units that deliver an end-to-end customer experience in the Government, Media and Retail segments.

A trusted advisor to customers worldwide, Wayne has held multiple leadership positions during his nearly two decades with the company including senior vice president of Americas Sales and senior vice president of Product Development. Wayne holds a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University.

In his spare time, Wayne enjoys the Arizona outdoors by golfing and fishing in the Grand Canyon state. His dream job – outside of Blue Yonder, that is! – would be a chef cooking for charitable events (his signature dish? Jambalaya.
