Nathalie Carruthers

Executive Vice President, Chief Associate Success Officer

A company focused on delivering game-changing innovation and world-class customer experiences needs a team of associates up to the challenge. As Executive Vice President and Chief Associate Success Officer, Nathalie Carruthers is passionate about attracting, retaining and engaging the best and brightest associates for Blue Yonder.

Nathalie’s extensive human resources experience spans more than 20 years with leadership positions at Benchmark Electronics, Lumileds, Flex and Solectron (acquired by Flex). In her most recent role leading HR at Benchmark, she developed an organizational framework for standardized processes, fostered an environment for growing the company’s next-generation leaders and focused on enhancing the customer centric culture.

Throughout her career Nathalie has championed programs focused on global talent management, talent acquisition and total rewards, as well as identifying and deploying world-class human resources systems and programs. She began her career with The Conference Board of Canada, Canada’s foremost independent, not-for-profit applied research organization in Canada. She owns a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa.

When she’s not focused on building powerful teams at Blue Yonder, you might find Nathalie cheering at a Formula 1 race event. An avid fan of wine, she often enjoys her favorite glass of wine at an evolutionary winery in Sedona, AZ. She is a big supporter of dog adoptions, and frequently has her 3 dogs, Macon, Hunter and Rosie, nearby. When she can plan some down-time, Nathalie has a passion for spending time with her husband, and two kids.
