The 2020 holiday season is becoming increasingly unpredictable for consumers and grocery retailers with each passing day, especially with a potential third wave of COVID-19 looming. To better understand the consumer perspective around COVID-19 grocery shopping habits and holiday gatherings, Blue Yonder surveyed 1,000 U.S. consumers between Oct. 27-28, 2020, to learn how they will be preparing for the holidays and a possible third wave.
