Blue Yonder’s 2024 ICONic Customer Award nominations are now open. 

ICONic Customers are achievers, innovators, and leaders who drive impact in their organization through exceptional usage of Blue Yonder’s solutions. They have leveraged our solutions to deliver differentiated customer experiences, reduce costs, improve forecast accuracy, manage labor shortages, drive sustainability, and so much more. This award recognizes customers who are leading the charge towards a more sustainable future! These customers have woven sustainability into their operations using Blue Yonder’s solutions to drive sustainable practices throughout their supply chain, resulting in reduced waste, improved energy efficiency, and a positive impact on the environment. Innovation Visionary

This award recognizes a forward-thinking organization that is blazing a trail of innovation by harnessing the latest Blue Yonder solutions and cloud technologies. It celebrates pioneers and harnessing what is possible with next generation cognitive supply chains powered by cutting-edge AI and a unified data cloud. For this award, the focus is on the vision and planned outcomes – the technologies do not need to be fully implemented.

Digital Disruptor

This award honors an organization that is pushing boundaries and driving end-to-end transformation using Blue Yonder solutions. As a result, they are driving quantifiable impact, challenging traditional norms, and creating new and innovative ways of doing business that better meet the needs of their customers and business.

Submit Your Nomination

Take this opportunity to showcase your company’s success story and be recognized as an ICONic award winner. Any customer with a live production deployment of Blue Yonder’s solutions is eligible to participate. Our latest blog shares tips about crafting your nomination and the benefits of being an ICONic award winner. Submit your nomination HERE. Nominations must be submitted by a Blue Yonder customer; Blue Yonder account or partner teams are welcome to assist with drafting the nomination but should have their customer submit directly.                                                                    Only nominations that have been submitted by the customer will be considered.

All nominations are due by March 15, 2024.

Judging Process and Key Dates

Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of executive Blue Yonder judges that each bring diverse industry and product expertise. The number of votes cast will be counted, and winners will be determined based on the highest vote count received. Judges evaluate the votes by considering the measurable business impact / ROI and how well the customer weaves these elements into a compelling narrative. Winners will be notified by March 26, 2024, and announced publicly at ICON 2024. Winners will be awarded one free pass to ICON in Dallas, Texas, and be recognized throughout the event, including a celebratory reception and official ICONic customer award.

We ask that you submit each company to the award category you feel best represents your success.

  • If my company wins, how will we be spotlighted?

Winners will be recognized during our ICON event, as well as in a press release, and on Blue Yonder social media channels. Winners will also be invited to sit down on video to share their amazing story. We will provide you with social graphics so that you can use to promote your recognition in your personal and company social media channels.
