Rebecca Collins
General Counsel
Rebecca Collins is General Counsel at Blue Yonder where she is responsible for providing leadership on all legal and compliance matters.
Rebecca comes to Blue Yonder after serving more than six years as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Verra Mobility, a global smart mobility company. There she was responsible for directing and managing all company legal matters on a global basis, including board governance, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other public company regulatory requirements, M&A, commercial and government transactions, government relations, compliance, litigation, employment & labor law, risk management, and intellectual property management. In 2018, Rebecca led the legal aspects of taking Verra Mobility public.
Prior to that, Rebecca held in-house counsel positions at various companies (both public and private) including General Dynamics, Motorola, NJOY, and Contractor Management Services. Previous to these positions, Rebecca was an employment law litigator at the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson, which she joined in 1996 following a clerkship with the Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court. In 2013, she received the In-House Counsel of the Year Award in the Large Public Company category from the Arizona chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law. She currently resides in Phoenix with her husband, two cats and two dogs, and has a son and a daughter who are in college. Rebecca spends her free time playing pickleball and enjoys Pilates, downhill skiing, international Netflix series, and Wordle.
