Collaborative, Respectful, Definitive. These words describe Wayne Usie whose personal mantra is “say less, do more” – where results trump words, showcasing customer value at every step in the journey.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Wayne leads Blue Yonder’s Product Management, Industry Strategy, and Sustainability teams. Wayne is also responsible for Corporate Development, including M&A, the Government Business Unit, and the Commercial Excellence teams.

Wayne and his team lead Blue Yonder’s product and go-to-market strategy, driving growth objectives focused on industry and geographical sectors. Their goal is to power a cohesive and consistent strategy across company/industry/product/geo to build tighter alignment and enablement across the different functions.

A trusted advisor to customers worldwide, Wayne has held multiple leadership positions during his nearly two decades with Blue Yonder including Senior Vice President of Americas Sales and Senior Vice President of Product Development. Wayne holds a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University.

In his spare time, Wayne enjoys the Arizona outdoors by golfing and fishing in the Grand Canyon state. His dream job – outside of Blue Yonder, that is! – would be a chef cooking for charitable events. His signature dish? Jambalaya.
