I Wouldn't Lie to You ... clause. Philip Jansen told me that Telewest only intended to use blueyonder for their high speed internet service.
Telewest has since changed the name of it's Entire Internet Service from Cableinet to BLUEYONDER. All email addresses are blueyonder now.

I Wouldn't Lie to You ... clause

Philip Jansen told me that Telewest's intended use for our name BLUEYONDER.COM was only for their high speed cable internet service.

Telewest has since changed the name of it's Entire Internet Service from Cableinet to BLUEYONDER, including converting ALL Cableinet email addresses to BLUEYONDER.

Telewest and Microsoft distributed an custom MSIE browser containing embedded pull-down member and support button links. These linked to OUR BLUEYONDER.COM and claimed ownership of our Domain Name.
Telewest staff and customers have been using our domains in their email addresses.
